Who We Supply To

Over two decades of manufacturing and supplying Jaisalmer sandstone, we have developed a deep understanding of what each client type requires — not just in terms of the stone itself, but in specification support, documentation, lead time, and after-supply service. Our client roster spans the entire construction and design ecosystem.

Specification Partners
Architects & Interior Designers
We work directly with design professionals to specify Jaisalmer sandstone at the concept stage — providing material samples, finish boards, and technical data sheets. Our team can support specification documentation including PSI values, water absorption rates, and slip resistance ratings required for project submissions and building authority approvals.
Sacred Construction
Temple Trusts & Religious Organisations
Jaisalmer yellow sandstone has an eight-century tradition in Rajasthani temple architecture. We are a preferred supplier to temple building committees and religious trusts across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh — providing shikhara blocks, pillar sets, mandapa flooring, and carved iconographic panels that meet both structural and iconographic requirements.
Execution Partners
Builders & Construction Contractors
For contractors executing residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, we supply consistent-quality stone in the volumes and lead times that keep construction schedules on track. We understand the pressures of site timelines and prioritise confirmed dispatch dates — backed by written dispatch confirmations and real-time freight tracking.
Trade Supply
Export Companies & Stone Merchants
We supply Jaisalmer sandstone on wholesale terms to stone merchants, importers, and export trading companies who distribute across their own markets. We support these clients with full export documentation, quality inspection reports, and the ability to manufacture in the specifications most suitable for their destination markets — including the thinner panel formats preferred in European and Australian markets.
Hospitality Sector
Hotels, Resorts & Heritage Properties
Luxury hospitality groups choose Jaisalmer sandstone for its ability to create an instantly recognisable sense of Rajasthani place and heritage warmth. We supply stone for hotel lobby flooring, pool deck paving, spa stone walls, garden pathways, and feature cladding — with colour batching to ensure visual consistency across large areas and phased construction schedules.
Public Sector
Government & Heritage Projects
We are an approved supplier to government construction agencies and heritage restoration projects requiring documented, compliant stone supply. We can participate in GeM portal procurement, government tenders, and ASI-approved restoration programmes — with all regulatory documentation, performance bonds, and quality certification requirements met in full.

Our Supply Advantages

Choosing the right sandstone supplier is as consequential as choosing the right stone. Poor supply chain management results in delayed projects, mismatched batches, and quality disputes that consume time and money. Our supply model is designed to prevent every one of those failure points.

01
Factory Pricing
As the manufacturer and supplier in one entity, we offer pricing that reflects factory production cost — not the compounded margins of a multi-layered supply chain. Volume orders attract further graduated discounts. Request a price list for your project quantity.
02
Quality Consistency
We batch-cut and finish orders from the same stone lot wherever possible, ensuring colour and texture consistency across your entire order — including top-up quantities placed weeks after the initial shipment. Batch records are maintained for 12 months per order.
03
Custom Cutting
Standard stock sizes are available for immediate supply. Non-standard dimensions, custom edge profiles, curved pieces, and special thicknesses are manufactured to order — providing exactly the stone your project specifies rather than forcing you to adapt your design to available stock.
04
On-Time Delivery
We commit to confirmed dispatch dates in writing at order acknowledgement stage. Our logistics partnerships with established road freight operators and container freight stations mean we meet those dates — and we notify you proactively if any upstream constraint threatens the schedule.
05
Documentation Support
We issue GST tax invoices, certificates of origin, material test reports, packing lists, and quality inspection certificates. For export clients, we support Letter of Credit documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and pre-shipment inspection coordination. All paperwork is accurate and issued promptly.
06
After-Sales Service
Our supply relationship does not end at dispatch. We provide installation guidance, sealing recommendations, cleaning advice, and batch-matched replacement stone for any pieces damaged in transit or installation. If a quality issue arises, we investigate and resolve — without disputes.

Ordering Process

We have designed our ordering process to be as frictionless as possible — a single call or WhatsApp message initiates a chain that ends with quality stone at your site. Here is what to expect from the moment you contact us.

01
Inquiry
Contact us by phone (+91 7023912171), WhatsApp (+91 9649299121), or email. Share your project details — stone type, finish, dimensions, quantity, and intended application. The more detail you provide at this stage, the more accurate and useful our initial response. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 4 business hours.
02
Sample Dispatch
We dispatch physical stone samples in the specified finish and colour grade so you can make an informed material decision before committing to a bulk order. Sample pieces are typically 150×150 mm or 300×300 mm. Sample cost is charged at actuals (stone + courier) and credited against the first bulk order amount.
03
Formal Quotation
Once material is approved and specifications are confirmed, we issue a formal written quotation covering unit price, quantity, finish, size, packaging type, estimated lead time, and payment terms. Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. We are available to discuss the quotation and accommodate any project-driven adjustments.
04
Order Confirmation
Accept the quotation and issue a purchase order. We issue a formal order acknowledgement confirming all specifications, the confirmed dispatch date, and advance payment details. Advance payment receipt triggers entry of your order into the production schedule. Custom orders receive a scheduled production slot and a confirmed dispatch week.
05
Production
Your order is batch-cut, finished, and QC-inspected at our facility. For standard tile and slab orders, production takes 7–15 working days. Custom carvings and carved architectural elements require 15–30 working days. You will receive a production status update at the midpoint and again when your order clears QC inspection.
06
Dispatch
Cleared orders are palletised, wrapped, and loaded onto the outbound vehicle. We share the dispatch confirmation, vehicle number/AWB tracking number, and packing list on the day of loading. Balance payment is due before or at the time of dispatch per agreed terms. Domestic consignments typically arrive within 3–8 days of dispatch depending on destination.
07
Delivery & After-Supply Support
On delivery, inspect the consignment against the packing list. Any transit damage must be noted on the transporter's receipt at the time of delivery. Report any issues to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will resolve — either by replacement supply or credit note. We remain available post-delivery for installation advice, sealing recommendations, and top-up supply.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can you supply Jaisalmer sandstone after order confirmation?
Standard tile and slab orders are typically ready for dispatch within 7–15 working days of order confirmation and advance payment receipt, depending on volume. Custom-size orders and carved elements require 15–30 working days. We provide a confirmed dispatch date at the time of order acknowledgement and share tracking information once the consignment is loaded. Urgent orders are accommodated where production capacity allows — call to discuss.
Do you supply stone samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We supply stone samples in standard 150×150 mm or 300×300 mm pieces for material approval prior to bulk order placement. Sample dispatch is charged at cost (stone + courier charges), which is fully adjusted against the value of your first bulk order. Samples are dispatched within 3–5 working days of sample request confirmation and payment. Multiple finish samples can be dispatched together to facilitate finish selection.
What are your payment terms for wholesale stone supply?
Our standard payment terms are 50% advance with order confirmation and 50% before dispatch. For established clients with a history of two or more orders, we offer 30% advance / 70% against proof of dispatch (PoD/LR copy). International export orders are accepted via SWIFT T/T or Letter of Credit (LC at sight from an acceptable bank). We issue formal GST-compliant tax invoices with every domestic supply; commercial invoices and packing lists for export orders.
Do you supply Jaisalmer stone to architects and interior designers?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated architecture and design client programme that provides specification support, physical finish-and-colour sample boards, technical data sheets, and site visit coordination for projects in Rajasthan. We work alongside the design team through the specification phase and manufacture material to precisely match the approved specification — including custom sizing, non-standard edge profiles, and finish combinations that define a designer's intent. Contact us at +91 7023912171 to register your practice.
Can you supply stone for a large government or heritage project?
Yes. We supply to government construction projects, ASI-empanelled heritage restoration contractors, and smart city development schemes. We provide all statutory documentation including GST registration certificate, MSME registration, IEC code, certificate of origin, and third-party quality inspection reports. Our manufacturing capacity enables consistent large-volume supply without the delivery interruptions common with smaller or informal suppliers — and we can phase delivery to align with site readiness schedules.
